*******A $50 per person non-refundable deposit is due by September 3, 2019 to secure your space in the group.******
- Your remaining deposit balance of $50 will be due by October 3, 2019 to manifest your room number and location, and final payment is due no later than March 5, 2019.
- The automatic gratuity is will be charged $20.50 per person per day for standard room guests and suite guests will be charged $23.50 per person per day.
Norwegian Cruise Line's policy dictates that a minor or young adult under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom (or a connecting/adjoiningstateroom) by a guest 21 years of age or older at the time of boarding. Minors – an individual under the age of 18 on the day of embarkation/boarding
Insurance
- Vacation Insurance is additional, and it ranges from $62 per person to as high as $157 per person based off of cabin rate. Click here to learn more about it.
Cancellation after full payment will result in the following if you don't have insurance: You will lose the amount of money paid.

What is included in the cruise fare?
Accommodations as booked, on board activities & entertainment and on board meals are included in the cruise fare.
Do I need a passport?
As a matter of principle, we always recommend sailing with a passport. With that said, this cruise does not currently require a passport but that is subject to change depending on U.S travel customs. You do need a birth certificate and a valid government issued i.d.
Do I have to pay the full fare for my baby/child?
Yes, but cabins with 3 or more people in the room discount the 3rd and 4th rate.
How do I pay for stuff while on the cruise?
All purchases on the ship are made using your cruise ID card, which is linked to your onboard account. At the start of the cruise, you’ll have the choice of depositing cash directly into your account or connecting it to a credit/debit card.
How do I get my luggage on board?
Except for your carry-ons, your luggage is checked before boarding the ship. Make sure to pack all of your essentials (bathing suit, toothbrush, formal wear for dinner, etc.) in your carry on, because it can take up to several hours for the crew to deliver your luggage to your room.
Will I get my passport stamped?
If you’re flying into a foreign country for your cruise, your passport will get stamped when you go through customs in the airport, but otherwise, the answer is largely no. (And no, we don’t like this practice either.)
*All Spa accommodations have been designated as non-smoking areas with smoking strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy will be assessed a $250.00 (USD) reconditioning fee per spa stateroom or spa suite.
Due to U.S. regulations applicable to this sailing, guests who miss boarding the ship at the embarkation port will not be permitted to begin their voyage at another port within the 50 U.S. States, and must instead meet the ship at a foreign port.
Pre-Post cruise hotel stays/payments/things to do
It is strongly suggested that you stay in a hotel the night before the cruise to make sure that nothing happens at the last minute to the point where you will miss your cruise. I will be happy to help you set a pre- or post cruise stay at any of our wonderful cruise port hotels in Miami, Florida I can also assist with booking flights, or ground transportation and excursions.
